Hims & Hers Health, the digital health and wellness platform, has announced another partnership for in-person services, this time with Hartford HealthCare (HHC). The collaboration will add access to in-person healthcare services for Hims & Hers customers in Connecticut outside of the usual online platform.
The partnership enables licensed medical providers on the Hims & Hers platform to refer patients to HHC’s primary and specialty care providers when necessary, including cases where customers have complex health histories, medical needs requiring additional in-person follow-up care or evaluations, or conditions not currently supported by the Hims & Hers online.
“This is how we transform healthcare, making it more affordable and more accessible,” said Karen Goyette, HHC’s chief strategy and transformation officer.
The addition of HHC means the company’s tally of partner networks spans 14 states and Washington, D.C. The company also has relationships with Carbon Health in California; Ochsner Health in Louisiana, Florida, and Mississippi; Mount Sinai Health System in New York City; Privia Health in the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Texas, and Virginia; and ChristianaCare across areas in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
Hims & Hers offers online access to treatments for a broad range of conditions across sexual health, mental health, hair loss, weight loss and dermatology.
